We want to make your delivery as smooth as possible.  We send most parcels out via 1st Class Royal Mail unless otherwise requested. If a courier service is requested, you will be emailed your tracking number which you can use to locate your parcel. The tracking number can also be found in the order section of your online account. Simple!  There is normally an increased fee for courier shipping.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
When you make a purchase from our website, we do collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers. idanceirish complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and we’ll treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
In order to serve you most efficiently, reputable third-party banking (including PayPal) and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.


Phishing is the practice of tricking someone into giving confidential information. Examples include falsely claiming to be a legitimate company when sending an e-mail to a user, in an attempt to get the user to send private information that will be used for identity theft and fraud.
We'll never ask you to send any personal details via email. If we require such details, for security reasons we'll ask you to contact us by phone. Should you receive an email claiming to be from requesting this kind of information, please don’t respond, but do let us know about it.

Returns, Replacements, Refund and Cancellations

Thank you for Shopping at idanceirish Ltd.  Idanceirish wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase.  However, if you need to return exchange or cancel an item, we’re here to help.


There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from idanceirish online shop.

You have 30 Calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging
  • Your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase

(Please note refunds cannot be issued for personalised products made to your bespoke requirements unless deemed faulty – in these instances we h2ly recommend that you are confident about sizing and requirements before ordering)

If you are returning from outside the EU please mark the package and customs slip “Returning to the manufacturer” to avoid delays and customs in charges

The Customer is responsible for the cost of return unless the item was sent out incorrectly or was faulty.  Please organise shipping for the returning goods and retain a receipt of postage ( We reccommend signed for) as proof of postage, as unfortunately we will not be able to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

The Postage cost of sending out replacements will be charged to the card used for the original order unless you specify otherwise.  If the original item was sent out incorrectly or is faulty then the replacement item will be sent out postage free and the cost of returning it to us will be refunded to your card.

Idanceirish products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Return of Faulty Goods:

Our goods are guaranteed by the manufacturers to be free of defects.  If you believe an item to be defective, we h2ly recommend that you contact us before returning the item to us so we can confirm the fault and that it is not due to normal wear and tear or misfitting.

Please note that you will be charged out bound postage for exchanges and refunds unless the original item was faulty or despatched incorrectly.  On these rare occasions any replacement items would be sent free of charge  and would be refunded for the cost of sending the item back to us.


If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are on back order.   You will be notified if this is the case. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, please email or call us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

If you acquire a coupon, discount or promotional discount code offered by it's valid for use online only at, and not in our shops or by phone, unless otherwise stated.

The following conditions apply:
 - For the promotional code to be valid, a valid product must be added to your basket.
 - Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
 - If you have more than one promotional code, you may place separate orders.
 - Orders must be made prior to 23:59 on the closing date.
 - No cash alternative is available.
 - All offers are subject to stock availability.

Viewing Orders

To find out more information on your past orders, please sign into your account. Please be aware that past orders will only be displayed if you signed in to your account when you ordered.

Items that you've returned to us will show us as Returned on the order itself.

Updating Account Information

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences), simply go to your account page. Enter your email address and password, and you'll then be able to change the details that you originally gave.
